Enjoyed every moment of staying in the hotel. The room & toilet were equipped with everything needed. Extra towel was also provided by default. The room, toilet & the bed was clean. Room had mirror, 2 bedside tables, foldable table & even a safety box! Air-con was working great. The people at the reception are super nice. Will sure come again next time. Worth the money.

The location is very close to so many attractions. Very easy check-in process and friendly staff. They clarified everything during the process.

First I love to say thank you for welcoming us,by the time I reach they didn't let me to wait and quickly arrange the room for me and Mr.Putarsunan was really kind and assist us well there,since 2010 I visit this hotel,every year atleast twice I'll be here due to work purposes and all the time I choose this place and the staff and Mr.Putarsunan give their best to me, and I love to suggest to my friends and they are happy to book room here business trip or family vacations.

The room and the bath room were so clean. Grab is easily available. Near to few restaurants e.g Restoren Nasi Kandar Rest hall with facilities is available at lobby. Few units of pc are available for internet use. Toilet at lobby was so clean. Surau available at lobby. Mineral drinks was provided in the room. The room lights.

Superb location, next to it is the famous New World food court, even getting a supper is not the prob :) Hairdryer in room another plus point :)

It's not the best location but it's near a food court that is very delicious and cheap. Room is cleaned
